The Valentine's Day Massacre was a 1929 murder of seven mob gang members in the prohibition era. It occurred when conflict between a powerful criminal gang rivalry in Chicago. It was between two gangs: the South Side Italian gang (led by Al Capone), and the North Side Irish gang (led by Bugs Moran).
